My academic voyage took me through the halls of the University of Miami, where I delved into the human psyche, majoring in Psychology and exploring the ancient world with a minor in Classics. This journey of understanding the mind and the past further led me to Carlos Albizu University, where I earned my graduate degree in Mental Health Counseling.

In the realm of psychology, my theoretical orientation is deeply rooted in Jungian Psychoanalysis. Jung’s insights into the labyrinthine nature of the mind have profoundly influenced my approach to understanding and mastering one’s psyche.

But life, as I’ve learned, is not just about scholarly pursuits. It’s about the connections we forge – with our family, friends, and even our four-legged companions. Loki, my loyal dog, has been more than just a pet; he’s a steadfast friend who accompanies me on nearly every adventure. Whether it’s a quiet evening at home or a journey to unknown places, Loki’s presence adds a joyful dimension to my experiences. At the core of my support system is my family and my soulmate, Lisa. Their unwavering support and belief in me have been the pillars of my strength. Their encouragement has been instrumental in every decision I make, including the pursuit of my passion for writing.

My love for the fantastical and the whimsical in literature was ignited by the works of J.R.R. Tolkien. Delving into most of his works, including the intricate world of ‘The Silmarillion,’ I was introduced to the boundless realms of fantasy. Terry Pratchett’s ‘Discworld’ series further fueled my fascination, bringing boundless fun and a unique perspective on storytelling. My classical tastes find solace in ancient epics like ‘Gilgamesh’ and the profound narratives of plays like ‘Prometheus Bound’, which offer a timeless glimpse into the human spirit and its complexities.

Speaking of passions, I’ve been a fervent player of Magic the Gathering since 2004. The game has not only been a source of endless enjoyment but also a fountain of creativity, fueling my imagination and often inspiring elements in my writing. When not immersed in the world of Magic, I find solace and joy in board games, with favorites like Eldritch Horror and Scythe providing both challenge and entertainment.
